You can't choose to have a one second respawn time, nor can you have plasma rifles or carbines as starting weapons in Halo 3. So, guess what I did? I fixed it all up the way it should've been in the beginning. In this gametype mod you have 1 second respawn time and carbines and plasma rifles.
